
Millsaps College invites applications for a tenure-track position in the Department of Political Science, beginning in August 2013. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory and advanced American Government courses and Research Methods. Ability to teach in one or more of the following areas as well is preferred:
Willingness to participate periodically in the teaching of an interdisciplinary course is desirable. PhD. is preferred, ABD required. Strong commitment to teaching is essential.
The position requires teaching three courses each semester. Scholarly research is expected and supported by the College. Salary and rank commensurate with experience. Employment will be contingent on complete background verification.
