Costa Rican and/or Yucatan Adventure

 

Designed for students interested in learning Spanish, these summer programs feature classes at the Costa Rica Spanish Institute (COSI) in San José and the Centro de Idiomas del Sureste (CIS) in Mérida, Yucatán, México. Both are outstanding academic institutions. Besides courses taught by Costa Rican and Yucatán professors, the programs include a balance of cultural activities, educational tours and recreational travel. Students have excellent opportunities to make new friends and experience Hispanic culture firsthand by staying with middle-class Costa Rican and Yucatán families. We invite you to take advantage of this exceptional chance to enjoy living the language as well as learning it.

Yucatán:

  • $4695 plus airfare and personal expenses
  • 4 credit hours per course, one course included. Second course (2 - 4 hours) may be taken for an additional fee.
