How do you make decisions? Applicants will be selected on the basis of their high school and college academic records, the course work taken, performance in that course work, high school/college attended, and performance on standardized tests. The applicant's biographical information, extracurricular activities, and essay, along with an instructor's recommendation, will also be considered in the decision-making process.
What is the procedure for applying to Millsaps? Transfer students may apply by submitting Part I and Part II of the Millsaps Online Application OR by submitting Part I of the Millsaps Online Application and the Common Application's Transfer Application. The application fee for all applications to the college has been waived.

Complete and submit the Millsaps Part I Application online
We value our transfer students so much that we offer guaranteed admission and scholarships to qualified transfer students who apply to Millsaps College.
While all students who have completed college-level work are encouraged to apply, all students with at least a 3.2 GPA and 30 transferrable credit hours are guaranteed admission to Millsaps PLUS at least $15,000 in scholarship funds.
Millsaps College recognizes the hard work of our partners in Phi Theta Kappa, so PTK members with a GPA of 3.5 and 30 transferrable hours are eligible for at least $18,000 in scholarship funds.
