The cheerleading squads consist of approximately 16-18 members. Our white squad is an all-women's squad. Our purple squad is co-ed. We have two tryouts. In April we host a tryout for football and / or basketball. This year's tryout is on April 18 and 19, 2008. We have an additional tryout in October for the basketball squad. Members are chosen based on appearance, personality, communication skills, crowd appeal, and cheerleading skills.

The skills of our applicants define the level of ability needed to make the squad. We work our routines and cheers around the skills of the squad members. The better you are in each area, the better your chances.
