First Team All-SCAC and an All-SCAC Tournament Team selection ... Louisville Slugger/NFCA First Team All-Atlantic Region and an NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete ... SCAC Player of the Week (Week 5) ... Academic All-SCAC ... one of two Majors to play and start in all 38 games ... went 50-for-120 from the plate for a team-leading .417 average (third in SCAC) ... posted 16 multi-hit and nine multi-RBI games with a season/career-high four hits vs Hendrix on April 28 in the SCAC Tournament ... held a season/career-long 10-game hit streak from March 5-18 ... grabbed 81 total bases (second in SCAC), while recording 32 RBIs, 13 doubles (t-first in SCAC) and six homeruns (second in SCAC) ... her 50 hits also ranked third in the league ... ranked in the Top 10 in the SCAC in eight statistical categories ... stepped to the plate a season/career-high six times against Piedmont in Game 1 on March 5 ... recorded her first career homerun against LaGrange in Game 1 on March 3 ... average fell below .400 just once all season (.396) ... only struck out six times in 120 at-bats ... issued 12 free passes ... had two sac flies and one sacrifice hit ... 1-for-1 on stolen bases ... owned a .917 fielding percentage, .675 slugging pct. and a .463 on-base pct.

High School:
Played softball three years at Centennial HS under head coach Bryant Upshaw ... 2006 Offensive MVP ... 2005 & 2006 Centennial HS Team MVP ... involved with the Spanish Club, National Honor Society, CHS Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Band and Yearbook (photography).

Personal: Daughter of Pam and Curt McKinley ... has a younger sister, Lauren (17) ... born in Dallas, Texas ... majoring in biology ... plays third base for the Majors ... plans to attend medical school ... a member of Phi Mu and Phi Eta Sigma Honorary at Millsaps.
