Millsaps faculty, staff and students may access the detailed Millsaps Daily Update, which contains locations, dates and times for campus events.
Using Event Management System (EMS) Calendar Software:
- Account creation guide (PDF) - These instructions will teach you how to initially create your EMS Account.
- Account log in/log out guide (PDF) - These instructions will teach you how to log in and out of your account each time you use the software.
- Requesting space guide (PDF) - These instructions will teach you how to use the software to request a space on campus.
Questions or Changes to an Existing Event:
If you have questions or need to make changes to existing events, then please contact the event scheduling office at eventscheduling@millsaps.edu or (601) 974-1216.
Note: Using A/V Technicians
Please note that anytime you reserve a space that requires and A/V technician for sounds, lights, or presentations, then you will be charged for their time. A minimum of one hour will be charged, but they must be paid for all of their time that you use. Usually, the cost for an A/V Tech is $12.00 per hour. During very busy times such as sorority recruitment, orientation, Major Madness, Homecoming, etc.) the costs rises to $20.00 per hour.
