The Family Business Institute at the Millsaps College Else School of Management will offer a seminar titled Creating Value for Your Family-Owned Business on Tuesday, April 29 in the Millsaps College Leggett Center. The seminar will touch on: identifying the issues in your family-owned business, guidelines for preventing and managing conflict in family business, small business owner valuation, and stockholder agreements for family-owned businesses.
