Murchison Receives Art Award

Murchison's "Lyceum"

Sandra Murchison, of Jackson, has received a merit award in the national juried art show Americas 2008 now on display at the Northwest Art Center’s Hartnett Hall Gallery on the campus of Minot State University. Murchison’s print, “Lyceum,” was in the top one percent of over 580 entries. Murchison is chair of the art department and an associate professor of art at Millsaps College.
