The Office Manager reports jointly to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement (VP) and Associate Vice President for Development Operations (AVP). S/he must interact professionally and effectively with offices across campus and be responsive to the President’s Office and members of the Board of Trustees. S/he must also take a leadership role within the office, relating well to other staff, students, and office visitors. The position involves a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the division. It is a full-time equivalent position and may require after hours work on occasion, depending on work priorities, demands, and deadlines.
