Mail Prices

  • First Class letters: $0.44
  • Additional ounce: $0.17
  • Post card (4 1/4 X 6 max.3 ½ X 5 min.): $0.28
  • Book of 20 stamps: $8.80
  • Priority Mail (up to 1 lb., flat rate; to 3 days not guaranteed): $4.95
  • Express Mail (Post Office to Addressee Service; up to ½ lb. & flat rate envelope): $18.30
    We will need to verify the zip code to be sure it can in fact get there over night.
  • Media Mail (Books, Magazines, Videos; up to 1 lb.): $2.26
  • Non-profit/bulk (basic letter size): $0.17
  • Non-profit/bulk (basic flat or less than 3.3 oz.): $0.237
    We can meter these for you if you have more than 250 pieces or 50 lbs. Please see item # 4 on Policies and Procedures for changes for non-profit/bulk mailings.

Mail is delivered once a day around 8:30. It will be later on Mondays. Pick-up is around 2:30 p.m. everyday. We are not open on Saturday.

Permit # 164 Indicia Must have Accounts Payable Voucher (PDF) at time of mailing. Permit mail is sent to Postage Savers to be sorted. We need to know how many pieces of mail you are sending and a brief description on your Accounts Payable Voucher.

FedEx: Must be in Post Office no later than noon to go out the same day. Proper address to use when requesting FedEx to deliver to you is on our address format page.

UPS: Must be in the Post Office no later that noon to go out the same day. Delivery around 12:00 p.m. and pick-up is at 3:00 p.m. Proper address to use when requesting UPS to deliver to you is on our address format page.
