Millsaps College is pleased to announce that Aaron Pelch has officially been appointed Vice President of Enrollment, after serving as the interim in this role for the past one and a half years. With more than 15 years of dedicated service to Millsaps, Pelch brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to student success.
Pelch’s tenure at Millsaps has been marked by a series of impactful leadership roles, including his time as head football coach and director of athletics.
“Aaron’s work throughout his time at Millsaps has clearly shown his passion for helping students,” said Millsaps President, Frank Neville. “Over the past year, he has brought great energy and leadership to our enrollment activities, and under his guidance, the enrollment team has recruited an outstanding first-year class. I am excited to have him in this role.”
Pelch will oversee the college’s comprehensive efforts to attract and enroll a diverse and talented student body. His unique blend of experience in athletics and administration positions him well to lead initiatives that enhance the student experience from recruitment through graduation.

Pelch’s background in both academic and athletic administration makes him exceptionally qualified to guide Millsaps College’s enrollment strategy in an increasingly competitive educational landscape. A first-generation college student himself, Pelch deeply understands the challenges and opportunities prospective students face. His passion for helping college-bound students find their perfect fit has been a driving force throughout his career at Millsaps College.

Aaron, his wife, daughter and their dog reside in Madison, Miss. He attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah where he was a student-athlete playing on the defensive line for the Wildcats football team.
