Successful students have all the outlets they need for wellness. Fitness, social activity, physical and mental health, and spirituality are essential components of well-being. Millsaps College’s student-centered services are focused on enhancing the well-being of every student. We encourage students to maintain healthy living through social and community involvement, fitness and intramural sports.

Activities Center
Students, faculty and staff enjoy free membership and programs in the Hall Activities Center. The center contains a full array of fitness and weight-training equipment, an aerobics room and various sports courts.
Chaplain & Church Relations
The Office of the Chaplain provides religious and spiritual services to all students, faculty and staff. Our staff facilitates access to and protection for the religious and faith practices of all members of the Millsaps community.
Counseling Services
Our counseling team fosters personal, emotional and academic well-being by offering comprehensive therapeutic services and prevention programs.
Wesson Health Center
The Health Center is here to support health and wellness in body and mind, preparing you for success in athletics, on the stage, in the classroom and for life.
Intramurals
Millsaps intramural opportunities help students, faculty and staff to compete and play together. Intramural sports are a great way for all members of our campus community to experience wellness through recreation.

Intramurals

Millsaps intramurals provide fun recreational sporting activities for students. Activities like our 3-point shootout allow students to play individually. Students can also team up for games such as flag football, dodge ball and 5×5 basketball. Each intramural activity allows students compete for a championship. Activities Center
Students, faculty and staff enjoy free membership and programs in the Hall Activities Center. The 63,330-sq.-ft. building contains a fitness center that has various types of cardiovascular machines and weight-training equipment upstairs as well as a downstairs weight room and even comes with locker rooms. A side from the fitness center, the activities center has an aerobics room and various sports courts. The Hall Activities Center also hosts most intramural events.

Fall/Spring Semester
Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday, 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Summer
Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
HAC hours of operation are subject to change around the holidays.
