EMBA Program Details

Flexible MBA for Working Professionals

The Executive MBA (EMBA) program at the Else School of Management is tailored for experienced professionals seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities without pausing their careers. Students participate in a 16-month structured program with in-person classes one weekend a month and weekly online learning and independent study.

The curriculum emphasizes real-world application through case-based learning, executive coaching sessions and an international consulting practicum in Mérida, Mexico. Designed to accommodate professionals from diverse academic backgrounds, the program offers leveling courses for those without a business degree.

The comprehensive tuition covers all program components, including instruction, materials, accommodations during on-campus sessions and international travel expenses.

International Business Course

Students will participate in an immersive international experience in Mérida, Mexico.  The group will operate as a team of business consultants for a Mexican organization during this intensive, one-week practicum.
