Instructor of Mathmatics

I graduated from Millsaps College in 2010 with a degree in applied mathematics and minors in chemistry and religious studies. I then stayed in Jackson, earned a Master’s degree in Education and then a second Master’s degree in mathematics, and taught at Jackson Academy for 12 years. I’m thrilled to be back at Millsaps as a member of the faculty and teaching alongside so many of the people who taught me when I was an undergraduate. I love working with freshmen in particular, not only teaching them math, but helping them learn how to be good college students. My teaching focus is primarily college algebra and trig, pre-cal, and calculus. I’m also the chapter adviser for the Epsilon chapter of Phi Mu on campus, and coach a travel volleyball team at Infinity Volleyball Academy. In my spare time I love to travel, and a fun fact is that I have dual citizenship with both the US and the UK.
