Chandler MacDonald

Each year Millsaps relies on gifts to the annual fund from alumni, parents and friends to meet the immediate needs of our students and faculty. These gifts play a tremendous role in our ability to teach, discover, and lead. As an education non-profit professional, I apply my years of experience successfully orchestrating fundraising campaigns, securing grants, and cultivating strong donor relationships to continue the healthy growth of annual giving. As a scholarship recipient and Yellow Ribbon student myself, I understand the importance of philanthropy for current and future generations of Majors. I believe that by working together, we can create a brighter and more equitable future for all. At Millsaps I had an exemplary academic experience, met my wonderful husband, made supportive friends, and found life-long mentors in the faculty and staff. I’m forever grateful for my Millsaps experience and am thrilled to be in a position to give back to the school that gave me so much. In my spare time I’m hiking or exploring nature with my husband and children.
