Geneva Torrence

As the director of Pathways and First Year Experience and CASE, I engage with every student who comes on campus, beginning with new student orientation and Welcome Week. Through the Pathways program, I create opportunities for students to discover not just what they want to do, but who they want to be. In addition, I am a certified career and life coach through the International Coach Federation. I specialize in career development, including expertise in personality assessment, professional documents and interviewing. When I’m not at Millsaps I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children. Sometimes you can even catch me participating in a Mardi Gras parade with my dance krewe!
