Jennifer Lewton-Yates

I teach a variety of Latin and Greek courses, from the introductory sequence to advanced levels. Recent selections for these courses include works by Cicero, the New Testament and Ovid. Additionally, I occasionally teach courses in translation. In my role as assistant dean for student success, I oversee the college’s CARE Team, retention plan and academic advising programs. I also regularly contribute to Introduction to Pathways and advise transfer students. Outside of Millsaps, I currently serve on the Senate of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
