I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in Museum Practice. My position is held jointly with the Mississippi Museum of Art, where I support the Department of Academic Affairs. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2025 with my Ph.D. in Arts Administration, Education and Policy, and I specialized in Museum Education and Administration. My dissertation was a case study, rooted in critical action research, that focused on my collaborative work in interpretation and public programming at the Columbus Museum of Art. Other recent research projects have related to my participation in the Mellon Arts Engagement Initiative at Ohio State and my involvement as a member of an Interpretive Practices Working Group at the Wexner Center for the Arts. I received my master’s in International Studies with a certificate in Global Engagement from the University of Oklahoma, where I also studied Art History and Spanish. I have worked at museums, galleries, and arts organizations in Mississippi, Oklahoma, New York, and Ohio.
