Ryan Harp

In my role as the graduate enrollment specialist at Millsaps College, I help shape the future of our academic community by recruiting talented individuals, creating compelling marketing strategies for the Else School of Management, and enhancing internal and external communication processes. Passionate about connecting aspiring scholars with success, I’m dedicated to maintaining the Else School as a hub of academic excellence. I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an emphasis in sales. Seeking to expand my business knowledge, I earned my MBA at Millsaps College and actively participated in the ELSEWORKS program — a student-led consultancy group supporting businesses in the local Jackson area and across the state of Mississippi. Beyond my professional duties, I enjoy outdoor pursuits like fishing, hunting and hiking. I’m always open for conversations about our graduate programs, assistantship opportunities and scholarships.
