The Change-Making in the Gulf South minor at Millsaps College takes an interdisciplinary approach to exploring the environmental, economic and social issues shaping our region. Through coursework that connects multiple fields of study, students gain a deeper understanding of the Gulf South's challenges and opportunities while developing the knowledge and skills to create meaningful change.

Students design and implement a Gulf South Impact project that seeks to make a difference on an issue of sustainability or environmental justice in the Gulf South, under the mentorship of selected faculty.
