FINC 3000 Principles of Corporate Finance

This course introduces concepts on capital investment, capital structure, working capital management and financing. We also examine bond and stock valuation along with the role of global financial markets, including regulatory aspects.

All Else School of Management at Millsaps College major programs are accredited by AACSB International.
An MBA degree may be completed in one year beyond the bachelor’s degree. This program is for students who have completed the BBA program at Millsaps or at any other AACSB International accredited institution, as well as for non-business students who complete the Major Plus program.
