The Else School of Management MBA is a high-touch, immersive experience. Courses emphasize hands-on projects, live case work, and applied analysis that connect classroom learning directly to practice. Students may pursue either the traditional MBA or the MBA with Analytics, a STEM-designated option that builds advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Delivered in a collaborative, in-person environment, the program is designed to develop capable leaders and foster strong professional networks.

Using real corporate clients, our classes offer meaningful and impactful learning experiences. In our classrooms, you may create a marketing plan for a local company, rework the distribution network for an organization, or develop a comprehensive plan for the launch of a new product. Your experience may also include an internship with our team of ELSEWORKS Analysts - a group of students and faculty members who consult directly with local business and industry.

European Business Program: Immerse yourself in the heart of Europe’s bustling business and cultural hubs with our European Business Program. Choose between a three-week or six-week summer course, where you’ll experience the vibrant life and rich business landscapes of cities like London, Dublin, Munich and Florence. This program is an exceptional opportunity to broaden your horizons, network internationally and gain invaluable insights into European business practices. Semester Break in Mérida, Mexico: Venture to Casa Millsaps in Mérida, Mexico, during the semester break. This unique two-week experience at the Millsaps College mini-campus in the Yucatán Peninsula offers an intimate look into the business world of Mexico. You’ll visit local companies and organizations, gaining firsthand knowledge of Mexican business operations. Beyond the corporate world, delve into the rich Mexican culture, learning about its traditions and customs in a way that books and classrooms can’t provide.
